Everything about this cruise was amazing, including the pre- and post- extensions in Prague and Budapest respectively. The crew was wonderful. They took care of our every need and provided those small touches and crater comforts that you just don't see much any more. Deborah, our cruise program director, was fantastic. She dealt with every personal request with grace and humor. The tour guides were amazing. They not only shared interesting information about the sites of their respective cities and towns, but also personal observations and stories which made for engaging and lively conversations. The ship itself was gorgeous and provided all you needed in beautiful staterooms, lounges and common areas. The different options for dining was also great and allowed for large groups as well and intimate meals. If you are looking for a relaxing and fun way to see Europe with dragging backpacks and suitcases with you all of the time this is the way to go. Viking (on a smaller scale) recalls the times of luxury cruising that was only available to the ultra-rich and makes that experience and Europe accessible to those who are not.
