This cruise had been on our list for about five years before we finally got around to scheduling it, and then it was delayed for two more years due to the Covid pandemic. When we finally got to make the cruise it met all our expectations. Service was excellent in all respects - stateroom care; dining; and on-board and off-board activities. Viking's on-board health protocols were handled well and with as little disruption to daily activities as possible. Air travel was handled through Viking Air and went without any problems both going and coming. Transportation to the ship from the airport for embarkation went without a hitch. Likewise, transportation from the ship to the departure airport was handled well. The included tours at the various ports of call were interesting and handled well. Our only problem was finding appropriate amounts of local currency to provide tips to the tour guides and the tour drivers.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda Stateroom

No complaints. Well maintained. Steward room make up and turn-down service was timely and accommodating.
