We wanted to do something mostly in the US because of COVID concerns. Alaska was amazing, and made even better by Viking. The staff were attentive, COVID precautions and testing were excellent (we are both retired medical professionals). The cabin was very comfortable and spacious. The food was excellent and plentiful. The ship was immaculate.

Entertainment was unexpectedly amazing! There were four wonderful entertainers most nights. The cruise director was talented, charismatic and hilarious!

There was a planetarium and a spacious viewing deck at the front of the ship. We are not big drinkers, but cappuccinos we’re available anytime, which are my weakness! Mamsons waffles and Pastries were out of this world ! All the restaurants were perfection, even the buffet. After an excursion we would often head to afternoon tea in the beautiful Wintergarden.

Cabin Review

We upgraded . Loved the laundry service and extra room to eat . There was a curtain and my husband could watch tv if I wanted to sleep. Room staff were amazing.
