My wife and I both love the South Pacific. When we saw this cruise on Viking's website we cancelled a cruise we had booked on another cruise line and immediately called Viking. At the time we booked, this cruise was supposed to go to Hawaii as well as the South Pacific. However the Hawaii portion ended up being cancelled due to Covid restrictions in the Hawaiian Islands. Viking notified us and gave us the choice of a full refund if we wished to cancel or a very generous onboard credit if we still wanted to go. We definitely still wanted to go and are extremely glad we did. It was a very enjoyable cruise with lots of relaxing sea days and also great days on the islands in French Polynesia. The food on Viking was excellent as usual. The service from everyone onboard was outstanding. Our stateroom, a DV5, was perfect for our 32 night cruise.

This was our 5th cruise on Viking and it won't be our last.
