It seems company care to get you on the boat but doesn’t care when you have trouble to land to the home.

Customer services are excellent, food is ok, free tours are cheep, you really have to pay option tour to get a good trip. No much entertainment. We were glad the Capability was just about the half. Can’t imagine how crowded the ship will be when it is in full capacity.

we had trouble to catch last return home flight because the time between the scheduled international flight and domestic flight are short, we did not have enough time to catch the last flight to get home, ended up we had to spend over $200 to stay a night at airport hotel. Called Viking customer cervices, they don’t want to deal with it, then refused to answer the call. Not happy about it.

Do love the ports and scenery along the river, love pre and post extensions, hotels are fabulous, services at both pre and post extension are very good.

Cabin Review

It balcony cabin, always docked along another ship. No views, much smaller comparing with the same category in ocean cruise.
