Chose this several years ago because I had never been to any of the UK countries. While on the cruise I lost one of my hearing aids and despaired of finding it as I had been on excursions and all over the ship. But, I called guest services, gave them my coach number and within two hours they had found my hearing aid and returned it to the ship. They called for me to come pick it up. I was astonished.

This is my second Viking cruise and I am fond of saying they have exceeded expectations I didn't even know I had. Quality of accommodations, service, food, beverages and logistics were great, as was the extension we did in Oxford before the cruise, Great Houses, Great Gardens and Gin. It was wonderful as well. I am so impressed with this company and look forward to more Viking cruises in the future.
