My husband and I chose the Danube cruise because we had never been to these Eastern European countries and we were interested in the Prague extension. The Viking staff made everything so easy for us. The tour guides for each stop were knowledgeable and gave us insight into each place as they were from the area.

Our time onboard was not only comfortable but so much fun. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. We really did feel at home. We went by ourselves but immediately met people to dine with and spend time with outside of the tours. Speaking of dining, we did not go hungry. The meals were very good but if you didn’t care for something the staff would gladly bring you something else. You could eat elsewhere at each stop but it wasn’t necessary.

Our Prague extension was amazing. The Viking staff handled every detail here as well including seeing us to our gate in the airport. We had plenty of time on our own in each stop to explore and if we changed our minds about a tour we could cancel. Read more
