After we boarded. The cruise started to have many issues. We are experienced travelers over 52 cruises. Between the cruise employees made up answers for every issue that is not only stupid but very insulting.

We have met people on the ship that were left on a ship organize tour. Were left to find a way home themselves. People that were injured on a ship organize tour that had to wait an hour and a half behind the crewmembers that were getting dental work done. The spa has certain select times that you must use it. So forget about excursions. Forget about dinners. Forget about just relaxing until you want to use it. The ship is amazing it is beautiful. But the staff is incompetent. Thank God no emergency broke out on chip. We would’ve ended up on Gilligans island. you could find very good food. But a lot of daily repetition of the same thing for the whole trip also do not get a room on the eighth floor on the Eastside. The night clubs beneath it and you will not be able to sleep at all. With over 1500 rooms available they still decide to put you on top of the nightclub. Makes no common sense. Find another ship
