First cruise post pandemic after 20 years of cruising with P&O. Standards dropped considerably. Food in restaurants poor with menu choices cut. Self service cafeteria choices cut. Often food was cold, and for some reason you had to ask every day for marmalade at breakfast. Sometimes you were told there was non on board and had to insist on being given some.

Booked glasshouse for family celebration meal at 9pm only for it to be ruined by two screaming toddlers at the next table having a yelling competition whom the parents just ignored and actually videoed one banging the table light up and down whilst simultaneously carrying on screaming. Staff did nothing.

Entertainment poor. More rubbish tribute acts by an aged singer who sang to backing tracks whilst pretending to finger pick an acoustic guitar without a pick up (he might as well have played a tennis racket), and a comedian pretending to be someone else whose best joke was pinched from Jethro. Organised deck sports cut by 50%. Entertainment staff who were mostly pleasant people, seemed to be dyslexic, because they couldn't pronounce words of more than 2 syllables when reading quiz questions.
