This otter just had to waive hello!

We had for a long time wanted to see Alaska, and its wonderful sites. This cruise popped up during a period when cruising was still up and down (covid). We used credits we had from prior cruises, and realized, once we booked, we would be on one of if not THE first passenger cruise to visit some of the ports, since covid…i.e. 2 years. As you can imagine, the people in those ports were very happy to see us come. The crew on the ship were absolutely wonderful! Helpful and full of them (ship was only 1/2 full of passengers a ratio that will change over time). we were blessed with great weather at all our stops, sunshine, while cold. The ports and adventures on land were were planned, and with the location, and weather, simply amazing. Take your camera, and lots of photo cards. I was able t upload photos during almost all the trip; on board wifi was pretty reliable, and relatively fast.

Cabin Review

This is an amazing “cabin” more like a huge hotel suite, with wrap around balcony. We faced rearward, and loved it. It actually had a bathtub; a first for us in a ship. Heated floor in the bathroom was particularly welcome on cold morning.
