Budapest was my goal and it did not disappoint! Viking offered an itinerary that fit the bill so I invited a few travel buddies to go and we all had a splendid time. As one of my friends said, “Viking takes care of business!” The highlight of the trip other than Budapest arrival at night was the amazing concert in Vienna! Our Program Director David Morgan alerted us to stay awake for the arrival into Budapest at 11:00 p.m. and we were so very grateful to him. The sight was amazing! Additionally he worked very hard to add us to a couple of excursions that we wanted in addition to the ones we had already scheduled. My friend left her wallet in a little shop at one of our stops. The shop called the ship and a Viking staff member retrieved the wallet for her! That was phenomenal service! I cannot applaud Viking enough! Accolades to your wait staff! Every one of them was superb and worked so hard!
