We chose this cruise because of Glacier Bay, which did not disappoint. However, the rest of the cruise had some major disappointments.

Dining: The dining rooms had very good food, but the time to get your meals was unbelievably long. We had to spend a couple hours anytime we wanted to have formal dining. Portions were quite small, I always ordered two entrees and didn't hesitate to try new things. The buffet was nothing to write home about and there were lots of unpleasant fishy smells that put us off our food. The salty dog grill and international cafe were very good casual options.

Service and cleanliness: Across the board, the service was excellent. I can't say enough about the crew members who were always eager to help. The cleanliness of the room and the ship as a whole was top notch. The passenger areas were tastefully decorated, laid out nicely, and in good shape.
