For our 35th anniversary we wanted to visit Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England. After our trip being delayed twice due to COVID the year before, we finally were able to go. And it well exceeded our expectations!! The staff was over the top and the ship was not crowded at all, only at about 80 percent capacity. We especially enjoyed the daily excursion when we were able to go as they were informative, educational, and some of the tour guides were just a hoot with their charming personalities. The food on the ship was phenomenal, not one bad meal ever! Not many people using the facilities but I was able to take advantage of the jacuzzi off the back of the ship on Easter morning in the sunshine and it was glorious! The gym was well-maintained and used a bit but, again, now crowded. I did not use the individual locker room jacuzzi at all, though. Washer and dryer down the hall made it easy to pack less. The ports were all fabulous but we especially enjoyed Holyhead, Wales, and The Highlands. Hard to go back to any other cruise line after a Viking cruise, so I'm booked for the Rhine end of August!

Cabin Review

Deluxe Veranda Stateroom

The cabin had plenty of room for all of our belongings to be stored all the time, and space left over. All cabins have a patio so we were able to see the White Cliffs of Dover coming into view from afar! Heated floor was appreciated at the beginning as it was chilly, and the spacious shower area was a plus.
