Wanted to do a river cruise and I have heard really good things about Viking. The Anniversary sale was perfect and affordable for us to take it. The cruise was an unforgetable amazing one.

The staff was amazing, jumped up for everything, great service. The guests were so nice and compatable, so mingling was easy and had a great time.

Viking staff were exceptional, both in the boat and outside. We lost our luggage when we arrived at Basel. The Viking staff at the airport met us and looked after everything, she was really really super. She helped me to complete the claim papers, (the airport staff was package for us for the night. busy), arranged us the cab to get to the port, got cold water bottles and even got an overnight toiletry for us. The staff coordinated to get our luggage the next day itself and delivered it to the cabin. We are so thankful to the representative at the airport and the boat for that. Read more
