We had a very good cruise until disembarkation. There was a new location for leaving the ship in Venice, but we had no information about further connections unless one had signed up for the post cruise extension. I sent an email to Viking and received a call from a very nasty customer service rep who asked me "what do I want?" Otherwise, the cruise was up to Viking's usually high standards. Even with COVID, our check in was smooth and we felt as protected as possible. The spa area was excellent and clean. The food was very good. We have taken several Viking cruises in the past. This was the first time we encountered a problem. Air connections were very good even with flying during the stresses of a pandemic. Wi Fi connections worked perfectly. Our cabin crew kept us updated and our cabin was very clean. Service on board was excellent.
