We had previously sailed on the Rhine cruise and had an excellent experience. We are classical musicians and wanted to visit Prague, Vienna, and Salzburg. What was particularly impressive this time was the attention to detail and the way we were accompanied at transition points. Someone met us in Boston, Frankfurt, and Prague. In Budapest, someone stayed with us until we entered security. I use a wheelchair for long distances. They always appeared.
The concierge on board helped us arrange transportation to a local restaurant near the Vienna State Opera on the evening when we had tickets for a performance. His advice was excellent and exactly what we were looking for.
When an oil spill ahead of us required an adjustment of the plans to get to Budapest, everything was taken care of. We were bussed through the countryside and arrived in time for our morning tours.
A bit small, but tidy and efficient. very comfortable beds.
