We chose Viking because we don’t enjoy large ships with an overwhelming amount of people and activities. The Viking cruise had people closer to our age and the entertainment and programs were suited to our style. We loved the historical programs discussing the background of our ports of call. The food was ample with many selections but not so abundantly available all the time that you felt like you had to eat all day and night. The excursions were well planned and we loved the fact that our excursions were included in the price of our cruise.

The room we had was very comfortable, well kept and very well maintained. The crew and performers were top notch. Viking showed us that we can enjoy cruising without having to deal with too many people, children, casinos, and alcohol.

We would highly recommend cruising with Viking and we booked our next cruise with them and are looking forward to another awesome adventure.

Cabin Review

Spacious and comfortable cabin. We never felt like we needed more space.
