I chose this cruise because I wanted a trip on the Rhine. The trip balanced well-led excursions and free time. Meals were superb with variety and options. The crew was outstanding - always helpful and friendly. Testing for COVID and on-board protocols were efficient, non-invasive and easily handled.
The trip started with 1.5 days in Paris where lunch and dinner were on your own. The Paris hotel was a few minute walk to the metro but it was not in a place close to much that most people would want to visit. Many restaurants were within easy (~ 10 minute) walking distance.
The trip ended with 1.5 days in Zurich where, again, lunch and dinner were on your own and there was nothing to do or see in the immediate locale of the hotel. The hotel was very close to the tram line that easily connected to the main train station and all other points one would want to visit.

Veranda Stateroom
Well-designed and compact room sufficient space. A lot of thought must have gone into the design - storage, lighting, bathroom, etc. I can't think of a single thing that I'd have done differently to improve the room.
