This was my first Viking Cruise and this trip was selected for the higher level of ACTIVE excursions vs many other cruises. I had wanted to see the Northern Lights and that was the other reason that we chose this cruise, dates and itinerary. I was so impressed with the daily testing during COVID and the amount of extra cleaning measures that they took to keep us safe. The ship was absolutely stunning. The staff, cabin, food and entertainment far exceeded my expectations. I plan to travel with Viking again and not sure that I want to try another cruise line as I was 100% satisfied with this cruise line. The only thing that I didn't care for was the free included excursions by bus. I loved to be able to eat in so many restaurants and the Silver Spirits package was great as we got to try a lot of different wines and complimentary pairings at the Chef's Table restaurant and a couple of pop up wine tastings onboard.
