Excellent Service by crew. Great food. The suggestions I would provide is that ship have a pool, work out area, and spa. Also the excursions at some of stops were too short to explore the area. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone and look forward to going on a Viking Ocean Cruise in the next 24-36 months. Staff was courteous, professional, and attentive. We had laundry service done while on our cruise and turnaround time was excellent. The bartender (Joe) was awesome and very accommodating. Graham the Cruise Director did a great job at explaining the excursions and schedules during the cruise. The extension In Amsterdam was great and the guides were excellent. The extension in Lucerne was excellent as well except for hotel room did not have a view of Lake Lucerne which was disappointing due to the overall cost of this vacation. The guides did a great job. The guides that were hired by Viking for all the excursions were very good, knowledgeable, and entertaining.
