Wanted a nice get away to the Bahamas. The cruise itself was great! Lots of options, Great Food (I’m picky too) and many options for kids but…. How about no AC in your room for 4 days, until they fixed it even after calling guest services about it. The fridge in the room wasn’t working either so the water and beer in the room was pointless Of course the cruise line had every room booked (over booked) and couldn’t put us anywhere else Or how many times one of the carnival employees was rude and nasty. (If you want name I have them). Never expect a please or thank you from anyone other than your steward. Normal items the cruises usually have on board we was told “we are currently out of stock” so make sure to bring your own. Careful about ordering gifts etc, we wasn’t notified until the day after boarding that items we ordered was out of stock. Read carefully about the reviews for excursions
