The destinations were what inspired us to take this cruise. Entertainment was excellent. The Princess musical group was top rate and thoroughly enjoyed. Excite and others were terrific. Magician was not of the same caliber as the other entertainers. The DJ made the volume unbearable and played the same play list repeatedly. I think he controlled the
volume of the movies during the day. Again the volume was too high to enjoy. Service was excellent. Steak restaurant was terrific. The Italian restaurant was lovely. Service excellent but the food was not good. Princess customer service before and after our cruise was an effort in frustration. They were never able to assist with even the simplest request. After waiting on hold for hours only to be told we needed to contact our travel agent or the airline. Ezair is a Nightmare to deal with. We had to sit on hold literally for 4-5 hours continually, then gave up! Even on departure day when our flight was cancelled. We called EzAire on the line for travelers en route. Sat on hold for a long time before giving up. We were able to find flights out of another airport on our own, booked taxi to take us there. Now to file for reimbursement from The travel insurance through Princess. We would have missed our cruise had we relied upon Ezair to do their job. As much as we loved the cruise, I would not be willing to experience the frustration, aggravation and stress of dealing with Princess and Ezair again. There are other options for cruising that can provide an overall better experience for this game
Beds and bedding very comfortable. None of the tv remotes worked well.
