This ship is beautiful, however organization for embarkation and disembarkation was awful and staff are rude.

I've traveled with many cruise lines and have never left a bad review. I understand things can't be perfect but will never cruise MSC again. Disembarkation was the last straw.

On disembarkation day, Accounts woke me at 6:00 am saying my credit card needed recharged.
