Terrible communication, terrible private island transportation. Overall the Cruise wasn’t bad but The last port visited was the private island which I was looking forward to the most. If you bought a shore excursion you were in luck because you were allowed to get off of the ship in time to enjoy the island. If you did not you were stuck with a late tender appointment, for us it was 1:30 PM. That would’ve been OK but we were not able to get on the thunder until 3:30 PM. By the time we got to the island they had stopped serving lunch. And we had just over two hours until we had to return to the ship. It was a terrible last day on that ship. When I spoke with customer service both on the ship and once we got back home in both cases I was told that this happens and there’s nothing they can do for me. I will never cruise Norwegian again. I have cruised with princess, carnival, and Royal Caribbean, and I’ve never had such a bad experience and any of those ships
