Our 50th anniversary and great reviews. We have taken over 25 cruises and Viking was highly reviewed. The ship was very nice and very accessible. The service at dining was below expectations. We were able to eat at Manfredis one night before my wife contracted Covid. She returned her steak twice trying to attain medium rare with no success. We were confined to our room for 8 days even though I tested negative. The nurse who came to our room said they were overwhelmed with Covid patients. She claimed they had 20 rooms set aside for Covid and they were filled. She claimed that they were overwhelmed. The interesting fact they were more interested in getting the Covid patients off the ship than their welfare. Certainly disappointed in the cruise for the cost. Interesting that the customer service representative mentioned that the cruise line would follow up but there has been no response. Certainly not customer focused.
