The cruise was understaffed and was not diligent in sanitizing public areas. We both came home with Covid and the day before we disembarked in Ft. Lauderdale the captain announced 1% of the passengers had tested positive for Covid. No follow up, no mention of contact tracing. The staff was excellent but only one bartender and no wait staff in bars and lounges. We have cruised on Celebrity for 20 plus years but until they improve their brand we won’t be cruising with them again. We have spend the extra money for a sky suite because of the amenities that was included but I guess they have changed what is offered. The ship advertises it has been revolutionize (upgraded) but the only upgrade was in the furniture in the retreat lounge. We took a transatlantic cruise over Thanksgiving for 12 days and no one tested positive for Covid because we were tested the night before we docked in Miami.

Cabin Review

Sky Suite 1

Sky suite was tired looking, no afternoon canapés as in the past, rust throughout the outside of the balcony as well as the ship in general.
