Total chaos in dining room every nite. Reservation app didn’t work- reservations changed on us with no notice- total mess! Food mediocre at best. Room service hit & miss on whether you would actually get orders. No safe in room for valuables, broken down bed had to be replaced. New carpet shedded horribly all over clothes ea day. No vacuuming allowed to keep it under control due to hundreds of COVID cases on board. Broken equip in laundry. Carpet installations were done overnight as we were trying to sleep. Couldn’t get us to shore in water taxis because of poor planning. Missed 2 ports of call. So short staffed the poor remaining staff worked so hard you couldn’t complain about long waits. Entertainment on board was horrible… one comedian good but the rest bad. COVID EVERYWHERE - we got terribly sick following return home. Princess did not value us as platinum members. We will find a new CruiseLine.

Port Reviews

Akureyri

Beautiful sites

Cornwall (Falmouth)

Princess couldn’t get everyone taxied over because of time restraints- was not able to go

Halifax

Peggy’s Cove was pretty but not worth long drive to spend 45 min there. Hop on bus tour wasn’t good- no open air- hot, stuffy & not much to see

Isafjord

My favorite Iceland stop

Lerwick (Shetland Islands)

Beautiful

Reykjavik

A bit disappointed on this stop.
