Chose this cruise purely because we wanted to go to Bermuda and it leaves out of Boston. First of all the food was terrible, very bland mostly tasteless. Also everyone in my party had stomach issues due to the food for the entire trip. They also had a lack of bartenders resulting in one bartender tending to his own bar as well as the drinks for two restaurants, way too much work for one person. Also the summer palace dining room decor is creepy for lack of a better word, really strange paintings.

The first day we didn’t get our luggage until after 6pm members of my party had to ask multiple employees just to find it in a side room somewhere. They also tried to change their story and say luggage would be delivered by 8pm but all of the information we had said 6pm.

Machines in the gym were broken and the gym was overrun with kids the first day and the attendant did nothing. There’s an age requirement for the gym so I’m not sure why they were allowed in. Read more
