Sail Date: Jun 2022
Cabin:

We chose the cruise to try out the newish Saga vessel for a cruise to the Med in good weather with several interesting ports of call all of which the cruise provided. While the crew, food wine were excellent the experience was badly let down by the fact that the open aft decks were for much of the time filthy with greasy black soot spots. It didn't seem to matter what the wind direction /speed the cushions, decks were always soiled..

The cruise was also marred by some propulsion problems that delayed our arrival at Olbia, and then after leaving Mahone the engine failed and we spent 7 hours at anchor. This delay delayed our arrival into Cadiz where the authorities required the vessel to undergo a mandatory inspection and while the vessel was tied up alongside for 22 hours, passengers were only allowed ashore for two and three quarter hours

Cabin Review

Good roomy cabin, excellent shower, short of draw space
