We were on the May 14-21, 2022 cruise from Trieste (originally supposed to be Venice) to (Civitevechia sp?) Rome. We have cruised with Oceania (Riviera & Marina) 3 other times. Each trip has been wonderful, so much so that we don't want to take a chance on booking with another line, although I'm sure most are also good.
The only disappointment was that we were supposed to receive a complimentary tote bag. Because this was to be the case, I hadn't brought one along to carry any purchases I might make when visiting the various ports.
We don't go to the entertainment, since by the time dinner is over we go to bed as we get up early
Cabin Review
Concierge Level
We loved the cabin (9079) decor and layout. Although we were in A2, we first cruised in B1 which seemed the same, except A2 is closer to most of the dining areas we went to. Not a big deal for us.
We didn't use the Concierge service that the A category offers.....except to inquire about the tote bag we were "supposed" to get.
We also enjoyed all the ports we went to, a number of which we had been to before. However, there is always something new to explore.... unless one has been to a/the ports a number of times. Many are easy to do on your own.
