Sail Date: May 2022

21 day Cruise (3 back to backs) Booked flights through EZ Air Flew directly from San Francisco - Barcelona on LEVEL Airlines. After multiple last moment airline changes Princess put us on Level and Princess rep had never heard of LEVEL airline was and sadly is not a good airline, filthy toilets, lazy sullen crew who did not care. There is no food, no water, no cushion, no headphone or blanket provided without payment - seems cruel and inhumane not to provide FREE frequent drinking water on a 12 hr flight. It was atrocious.

Barcelona Embarkation was Chaotic and check in staff had NEVER SEEN a Certificate of Covid Recovery (from earlier 2022 Ruby Princess cruise) and clearance to travel within 90 days of infection. They sat us aside and refused to allow us to board and forgot about us, despite us having all required correct documentation. Eventually this was all sorted and we got on board this magnificent ship.

We met some previous buffet dining employees whom we had met on Emerald Princess years ago and they immediately recognized us, despite us being masked.

Cabin Review

we were nicely upgraded, obviously because our last cruise on Ruby Princess was such a disaster. We do like the Regal and look forward to the Royal Princess coming to San Francisco.
