My family and I have cruised with Royal Caribbean many times and have enjoyed them in the past. However, in recent years the experience has become increasingly subpar and pedestrian. Our recent experience will be our last.
Customer service is a thing of the past at Royal Caribbean.
There are two statements that are independently true.
Cabin Review
The Stateroom was satisfactory. Our room attendent (Keisha) was one of the bright spots from our experience.
Port Reviews
Saint John (New Brunswick)
We loved our time in St. John. The people there are warm and inviting. Lots of great shops and restaurants in walking distance of the port. We'd definitely come back!! (Just not with Royal Caribbean)
