I’m not typically one to write a bad review, or even write a review, but I was surprised by the lack of service on this ship. First, it took over 48 hours for them to fix our air conditioning. We respectfully asked 5-6 times the first two days and no one came. We were so hot. Then, after going to the front desk, on the THIRD day, someone came. Second, our ship departure was changed to trieste instead of Venice, which was really disappointing (but not their fault). What was shady on their end, was that they tried to say the ride from the ship to the airport was not complimentary, when it was explicitly stated in an email it was. Third, and most upsetting, we were really excited on the last night to play at the casino. The lady told me it closed at 12:00 (midnight), even though the directory said it was “all night”. She then asked me to leave the machine at 11:40, despite me stating she said 12. It was EXTREMELY Disappointing as I was playing a coin game and a few moves away from winning. I will say that the waiters and room service staff are extremely nice. But wow, that was disappointing.
