Sail Date: Jun 2022
Cabin:

We've been on a few P & O cruises and wanted to try Britannia when it first sailed. As Iona was another new one we also wanted to sail on it. But was quite disappointed. After boarding at Southampton we were led straight to the atrium but there was no wow factor about it. Not even any memorable photos whilst boarding.

There wasn't even any sail away celebrations at any of the ports we left. I expected either one at Southampton and/or our last port.

The cabins were smaller but was lovely and clean. It also had tea and coffee making facilities. Every evening we were given an itinerary of what was happening the next day. When we tried to order room service there was no directory of who to ring. I had to go and find a member of staff to ask. The daily room service wasn't great, none of our towels were changed from one day to the next.
