This experience has been nothing but a headache from the very beginning. We booked this trip for our children’s first cruise along with 2 other families that were joining us. A few months after we completely paid off our cruise and excursions we attempted to get a price reduction for a promo sale they were offering. Our ticket was canceled by a Royal Carribean agent in error which resulted in a price increase when they tried to fix the error. I immediately called and spoke to a supervisor and he was able to put the price back to what it was originally by using Royal Caribbean to be responsible extra charges. I was told the agent should have never allowed us to use the new promotion because we already had the lowest price. AFTER we boarded the cruise everyone was told our Perfect day at Coco Cay port and all excursions had been canceled and refunded. We went to speak to guest relations when we saw no refund and was told we would not get our excursion refunded because it was a nonrefundable on board credit. I explained to them what had happened with the previous agent and they said it was nothing they could do. We were stuck on the boat for 4 days only allowed to get off the boat for 6 hours in Bahamas. Adventure Ocean had no fun activities for the kids they refused to go back after the 1st day. The waiters rushed you to order and the food was either to bland or to salty when served. The onboard outside deck activities kept closing due to weather. A week after we got back home and here we are still waiting for a supervisor to call us back. This is “NOT ACCEPTABLE”.
