We were on the 30th May sailing and were very disappointed with our cruise to the Greek Islands from Athens ending in Malta.

The Company's booking admin is appalling, we had our agent chase tickets etc and they eventually arrived 3 days before departure, some people on the cruise never received anything.

so little outside space, 8 sun loungers, 8 deckchairs, 8 cabanas between 200+ guests, and no shade, the only place to go was Deck 10 with no atmosphere and no service, the bar was often unmanned and the area in need of cleaning and clearing up. The food was good, but if you hadn't booked a restaurant the minute you got on board you had no chance and like us had to use Elements the only other restaurant. The food was nice, but you were unable to have a table for two, they insisted you 'shared' to encourage guests to ' talk to each other' only tables for 4 or 6 and on 3 nights of our cruise we arrived to be told they were full. It opens at 7, and we arrived at 7.20pm. The only other place to eat was a cafe (pizza, burgers & Pasta). If all the restaurants are full surely their main restaurant should have enough covers to accommodate the rest of the passengers. The most disappointing thing for us was that we didn't have water for 3 days. I understand now that this is an ongoing problem and previous cruises have had the same problem with 3 days of no water.
