Princess was advised by our travel agent. This ship should have never been booked. We were told of "scheduled Maintenance on the ship in April." How can you have "scheduled maintenance"
during a cruise? Very PREMEDITATED. Take customers payments and use a ship that is
not suitable to sail. Changed a major port (Ketchikan) then eliminated the substitute port
