My husband and I chose this cruise to mark one of our dreams off our bucket list. We are in our late 50s and definitely felt like youngsters on this cruise. The service was fantastic and our Veranda room was nice. Food was the same inside the "buffet" as the dining room. Every day it was nearly the exact same menu with the exception of meats, soups and desserts. Delicious egg rolls and chicken tacos! Food was good not great but a step above your average buffet food. Made to order pizza and burgers are excellent and the fries WOW! Now to the negative but honest part. Everything was closed down by 12:00 and most things were closed much earlier than that. There is VERY little to do on this ship that doesn't involve selling you a service or an item. Things such as "Living with Pain" was a way to sell acupuncture. "How to use your binoculars" was a way to sell binoculars. The entertainment was dueling pianos that was enjoyable because it was near the casino the only thing to do besides eat, sleep or drink! The CASINO....they had technical difficulties every night that caused the machines to malfunction and not put the money onto your room key accounts! So many people were trying to figure out where their money was when others had now started playing machines with other cruisers money still in it! Frustrating to say the least! And Covid is definitely not something they want to talk about and it seems to be an issue. We found out our deck was the quarantine deck and 3 doors down was a quarantined cruiser! Husband caught covid while on board and once we got home he tested positive. No one seems to care or want to know. We know others on the cruise that were negative going and positive coming home. Not blaming anyone but feel that if you share a narrow common hallway with someone with an infectious disease of any kind you should know. Pre covid cruising was much more enjoyable! This was our seventh and final cruise.

Glacier Bay

Glacier Bay was like nothing I've experienced in my life. The peace and beauty is unmatched.
