Sail Date: May 2022
Cabin:

3 out of 4 people in our group had food poisoning with diarrhea and vomiting after having eaten the same souffle in the main dining room. This meant that the following days we were very low on energy. This was especially hard for my parents who are in the seventies.

Talked to guest services, expecting an excuse and that they might offer some extras onboard. But not to much avail. They did offer time-limited, personal future cruise credits (97 USD). But none of us have any cruise plans, so this has no value to us.

Later on we experienced fried vegetables that were frozen inside in the buffet. The water tastes chlorinated. The coffee is awful (but you can buy good premium coffee).
