The ship was clean and service was good. Not enough staff, however for the full ship. Had trouble being served at some of the bars and lounges. Coffee at breakfast in the dining room was delicious. Best I’ve ever had on a ship. Food was terrible, even in the specialty restaurants. Didn’t care for the wine selection. Nothing from the states. Big miss: Not enough shaded space. We have reservations on The Sky for Thanksgiving but we’re reconsidering.

There is a supposed to be a separate line at guest services for suites but that wasn’t the case. Suites really need their own concierge in a separate space. Suites shared section of dining room with Cruisers with Elite and Platinum status. We would have preferred a separate section for suites. We had to wait twice in a lounge for a vacant table. It wasn’t a deal breaker but not ideal.

Entertainment in lounges and public areas was just so-so.

Owner's Suite with Balcony

Our suite was clean and spacious. Tons of storage space. Three closets and many drawers.
