Destinations were excellent. Crew very nice. Food ok but not spectacular. Technical staff not qualified to change a cabin light bulb in my opinion. Waited 45 minutes at 11 pm to have someone open our cabin door. Only one person on the ship had a mechanical key. Next day, they decided to change the battery. That lasted 24 hours. Tried again next day as door would not open again. Supervisor brought a pocket full of batteries. Many were not charged but one finally worked. Internet is a joke. The spinning hamster wheel should be the princess logo. Not that I really want internet to stay connected while on vacation but it is something princess highlights. Again - destinations are great. Staff is very friendly. Medallions work to charge drinks or things to your account but do not work to open your door. Did I say we loved the destinations? And rooms are what one would expect.
