Sail Date: May 2022

This was our 2nd time on Harmony.

Issues: It was clear that there were issues with staffing. We found long lines for Guest Services, Bingo and shops during “special sales”. Lines were long at embarkation. When docking in St. Maarten there was no one at the gangway to direct us to our Shore Excursion. At Cococay we had to wait 20 minutes for a trolley to the island. The public restrooms were intermittently monitored. One would find waste bins full and the sink area wet and toilets untidy. Phones generally were unanswered except for Room Service. One could not reach the Guest Services or Shore Excursions by phone. While our cabin attendant did an excellent job, the sofa in our cabin was stained. We had our attendant cover it with a sheet. We were never able to reserve a spot for the ice show. The reservation section of the App did not work. We saw “Grease” after first being told we needed a reservation. When we explained that the App was not functioning and the Guest Services Reservation line was too long, we were admitted. The App was worthless for reservations of any kind.

Positives: Food was very good in the Main Dining Room and at Jamie’s. We enjoyed the deli selections at Park Cafe. The crew was attentive, kind and professional in every way.

Cabin Review

Well designed and spacious balcony cabin. Outlet on one side for CPAP machine was great to see.
