The food was NOT as good as they tell you. Cold scrambled eggs and the Coffee was TERRIBLE. Our ship was not working at 100%. The back end of the ship shock all the time. VERY slow traveling. Did not get to all the ports that we were had booked the cruise for, like Ketchikan. And we got into Victoria so late, so our excursion was cancelled by Princess Captain. Princess cancelled our stop in Ketchikan all together. Replaced it with Icy Straits, which was a worthless stop. Fitness Equipment did not all work, hot water in drinking fountain in Fitness Center and class times were changed without notice. Not told that we also needed to stand in line to pick up our Excursion tickets. And then to find out that all of our pre-planned excursions did not make it to the Ship's computer. Tough time getting them re-scheduled. Not enough time in Junea and too much time in Skagway. Junea was closing down by 8 pm and so was the Tram ride. No time to get food or shop in Junea. Too much time (2.5 hrs.) at Glacier. Two hrs. would have been just fine. Front Desk staff scheduled our special Dinner for the Crown Grill for the WRONG date and then was not able to change it back to the correct date. We had booked this trip in 2020, again in 2021 and again in 2022 only to be VERY disappointed by Princess. Alaska was great, but we will never book with Princess again.
