My husband's and my first cruise. Royal Princess was most delightful, enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. Our stateroom had a balcony on Deck 8, The weather was most pleasant except for one day of rain which happened to be a day at sea, so didn't ruin anything for us. The service on board was excellent. I had never done a Spa, yet, spoiled myself by having nine Accupuncture treatments and two Swedish Massages. These helped my back and leg pain tremendously. I plan to look up an Accupuncturist locally now. Our trip was booked through Collette tours and we were on land five days and then boarded Royal Princess on May 21st in Whittier, Alaska. From Whittier we went to Skagway, Glacier Bay, Juneau, Victoria and Vancouver, Canada where we disembarked and headed to Seattle flying home to Columbia, SC. Traveling out of country we were required to take Covid tests...causing our traveling couple friends to leave our vacation early. This was sad and upsetting to all of us because they both had been asymptomatic and tested negative before leaving on our tour and cruise.

Royal Princess would have been even better if we were in a warmer weather location. The swimming pool was outside, it was heated, and some braved the cold anyway, but I never put my bathing suit on. Beautiful scenery, views and great service by staff was experienced. I felt very spoiled, doted over and taken care of extremely well. Thank you Royal Princess for a lovely memorable vacation!

Cabin Review

Clean, comfortable, somewhat small, but all needed items, amenities, and bathroom, shower!
