Our May 19th cruise from Honolulu to Papeete was beyond wonderful. Okay, we had a couple days of lousy weather- but when it comes to this ship and it’s crew, I can’t say enough good things. The crew went above and beyond doing their jobs, and were always cheerful and fun while doing it. Many called us by name. The specialty restaurants were exceptional. If you take this cruise from Honolulu to Papeete, you should know that all the best docked views were on the starboard side. We were on the port side, and in spite of the lousy port views, we were happy with it. Why? Well, we like to read, and as we had four sea days, we could sit on our balcony in total comfort as the hot afternoon sun baked those on the starboard side. We could not have sat comfortably on our balcony in the afternoons if we were on the starboard side.

Bring a headband if you have medium length or longer hair. it gets breezy.
