There was a nice deal for a 2-night getaway. We originally booked a balcony but used the upgrade option to get into a Yacht Club grand deluxe suite. MSC Yacht Club is worth every penny. Your luxury experience starts the moment you arrive at the port. The expedited service through embarkation was a must. We were escorted directly to the special Yacht Club area on the boat for drinks and snacks and when we were ready, we were also escorted directly to our room and given a tour.

The first night we had dinner at the special YC restaurant and it was a bit disappointing. The food came out very quickly but the waiter was not attentive. He come over once to ask us for our order and never returned. The food was lackluster and of poor quality. We ended up at the buffet later to make up for it.

On the second day, we arrived at Ocean Cay but it was extremely windy. The rough waters meant the boat couldn't dock directly at the port and porters were used to transport folks back and forth. The rough waters also meant our jet ski excursion was canceled. This island is new and not as enhanced as it could be so excursion options are limited.

Cabin Review

Yacht Club Executive & Family Suite

The YC grande deluxe suite is absolutely beautiful. We loved the closet space and large bathroom with a tub. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies both nights. The butler service was top notch and the included room service was great for late nights. It felt like we weren't on top of each other.
