Long review, which i'm also emailing to P&O.

We have cruised 12 times on Tui and Royal Caribbean previously and never had a complaint but this cruise was different. Eight of us went on this cruise, 3 who hadn't been on a ship before.

Gripe number 1. On the morning of the Celebration night, tuxedos and fancy dresses ready, one of our party, browsing the P&O app saw that our booking for Epicurean, made on May 9th by phone, had been cancelled. Nobody we asked could explain why and seemed quite unbothered. It was suggested that we hadn't paid, but A this isn't a requirement of bookingvone of the restaurants and B, our cards were already registered to our cabins. Two of us then spent the best part of the day at sea trying to book 8 of us into a restaurant with an app that won't let you book more than 6. Farcical.
