Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

Our travel agent highly recommended this cruise. Sadly, he was unaware of the debacle that awaited us. First, let me say the staff was exquisite - could not have asked for kinder, more professional employees. The food was very good (Horizon Court buffet needs an upgrade, but fantastic dining rooms). However, due to an alleged engine issue, we did not get into Juneau until much later than anticipated, meaning most of the 1300 on board lost the best excursions of the trip. Then we find out Icy Strait Point was canceled because of the same engine issue, and that one replaced Ketchikan which was canceled before we got on board. We were given $200 on board credit and a refund for the missed excursion(s), but the damage had been done. We were supposed to do the Helicopter tour and glacier walk in Juneau ($390 per person excursion) only to have it canceled the day of. Never again, Princess. Never again.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin (mini-suite with balcony) was roomier than I expected and a full size bathroom with tub which was fantastic. Room attendant was phenomenal.
