1) most restaurants closed and those open had horrible service. Skyline kicked us out after we sat down to eat dinner. Made us stand in line and had to leave because it took forever for them to reopen.

2) they discriminate wheelchair users . Sylvia and the shore excursion dept is a joke. They canceled our shore excursion the day before my birthday because they didn’t want to accommodate the wheelchair in the vehicle. Even though they knew months in advance I was taking a small collapsible wheelchair and that shore excursion had no restrictions.

3) the room and the balcony were dirty. The balcony had water and bugs in it. The smell was horrible. Had to go downstairs several times to solve problems with the shore excursions and the condition of the room. Read more
