We were so excited about going on this cruise after being locked out of travel for so long but it turned out to be awful.

Every meal we ate either in the mast grill, dinning room or cafeteria was cold, coffee was watered down, no sanitization on the boat from washing stair banisters to buttons in the elevator, no mask mandate in common areas. The celebrity app was not up to speed on the on board credits and still wasn't when we left, the concierge service desk was helping everyone not just us, the welcome lunch was cancelled because the boat was late unloading Covid patients. We were told half the crew were in isolation by one of the officers - no wonder it was such awful service. The customers were asking employees to pick up food off the floor, tables weren't cleaned off and the bar service was awful- i think the whole trip we were asked maybe 3 times for drinks . Each bar was serving different drinks although we asked for the same thing - nothing was consistent.

The automatic doors weren't working, one of the elevators was not working, coffee was made and over flowing all of the floor, and some of the grills around the pool were not flat causing stumbling and tripping.
